We have taken a list of 100 directories and placed them in a spreadsheet. This is more convenient that having to copy and paste each one manually. Each line contains a link that can be clicked on and will open in a new browser. The links were checked but cannot be guaranteed to work or be valid as the internet constantly changes. But we have set up columns were you can document which ones are valid. Comes with instructions.

This is totally free and you can use it multiple times whenever you want to submit your sites. But adding the date in the tab, you will know when you submitted your sites. This has increased traffic for me and can do the same for you.
