Address Book - Have difficulties in looking up your friends or business associates contracts? Separate them into different groups, attach photo and manage history for each contact. You can even send email, visit a web page, make a phone call and send mail merge letter to your entire mail list.
Calender - Trying hard to remember your appointments for the day? Time slot enables you to view all appointments, their conflict graphically, reschedule and to enter new appointments using drag and drop method. Sound alarm will alert you of the upcoming appointments. Use other RedBox sections to view your Daily, Weekly and Monthly Calendar.
Planner - With duration percent, different color and description. You will be enable to track projects, meetings, conference, vacation etc. Add events just by using drag and drop technique.
Palm/Pocket PC Synchronization - Synchronize Calendar, ToDo, Address Book and Notes section with Palm device or Pocket PC. Just install Palm HotSync manager or Pocket PC ActiveSync and everything is ready to go.
Notes - Forget to jot down anything? Let Notes assist you. Use different color and creation date and you will never get mess up again. You are enable to import a text in Notes section from external file and save it on the disk. Look up your Notes easily by using date, color or title.
Expenses - Wonder how much you spend for the month? The new Expenses interface lets you have a better view of information from your receipts and Expenses. Just enter the details and lets RedBox take care of sorting and categorizing them.
Import files from outlook - Wanna transfer the data from Outlook? Let RedBox import the data from MS Outlook. New Outlook import with manual selections of records and records preview.
