It has web interface with the equal look and controls on the local and apart pcs. Customers watch MPEG-4 coded video and have complete management of the program via net that surveillance pc can be run with no screen, keyboard, and mouse attached. Program`s modular structure considerably boosts reliability because all components operate as independent applications. If one part stops working, other units go on running. For instance if the `capture` module stops working, `watchdog` starts over it immediately that users don`t notice anything because they are viewing picture through a `playback` unit. The program does `repeated` recording that the `hard drive full` situation never occurs. The recording can be non-stop or it can be started by activity, human face recognition, or by timetable. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty simple and performs on the surveillance computer as well as on apart computer through Web interface.
