Consolidated Reporting
A key design criterion was to enable users the functionality to source SharePoint information from multiple servers, site collections, sites, lists and document libraries and then build consolidated views on the information. Before SP Accelerator 2009, such a task would require complex server side customizations, using the reporting functionality users can quickly now snap together different scenarios of information into single consolidated views which can then be exported or printed directly.
Report Designer
Takes SharePoint reporting further by using the report designer for end users, with the designer users can take consolidated reporting further by building professional management reports on the offline data. Headers, Footers, Detail Bands and sub reports are some of the features available for end users who want to design reports. These reports can then be shared electronically by exporting them to Microsoft Office or Adobe PDF format or just saving them directly to a SharePoint document library.

Scheduled reporting:
The ultimate edition provides the functionality to schedule when reports will run, this will automatically synchronise the relevant data with the SharePoint server, compile the report and then e-mail to a specific set of e-mail addresses or save directly to a SharePoint document library for viewing. This feature is an excellent feature for organizations that have weekly programme reports that need to be sent out to a group of programme or project managers.
