SmartLayouts is layout manager for Windows forms on .Net platform to ease the designing and development of GUI. It helps in arranging various winforms GUI elements and controls the behaviour of various elements when form is resized or repositioned.
GUI designing is often unnecessarily time-taking and annoying part of software development. Arranging controls in pixel-based designing proves to be annoying but still you don't get what you desired.
